A new organic grocery store is set to open in late March in Palm Beach Gardens.
Plum Market has planned a grand opening at its new location in the Prosperity Centre Plaza, according to the company's website. The market sells all-natural and locally sourced food and everyday products.
The Palm Beach Gardens location will be the Plum Market's second store in Florida, the other being in Aventura in Miami-Dade County.
The grand opening is scheduled for 11 a.m. March 26, according to the company's website.
The Plum Market is at 2410 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. The storefront, which was formerly occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond, spans 30,000 square feet, which is about twice the size of a traditional Trader Joe’s.
Plum Market has more than 30 locations across the nation — some of them in airports. The company also plans to open two locations at Palm Beach International Airport, one in the summer of 2026 and the other in the spring of 2027, according to its website. The first Plum Market opened in the Detroit suburb of Bloomfield Township, Michigan, in 2007.
The Plum Market offers a variety of goods from local sources, including produce and raw juices. It also offers all-natural meats and seafood, grab-and-go entrees, catering and a hand-curated wine selection, among others.
Plum Market focuses on selling organic goods, but it does not exclusively sell organic products.
"Plum Market's decision to grow in Palm Beach Gardens reinforces the strength of this market and the draw of our neighborhood centers," wrote Patrick McKinley, senior vice president of Regency Centers, developer of Prosperity Centre, in a statement.
"Their high-quality offerings and community-first mindset are exactly what we look for in an operator and what our customers expect from a Regency property."
Plum Market was co-founded by CEO Matt Jonna and his brother Marc Jonna, the company's president.
They are third-generation grocers who grew up working in their family’s stores, which sold specialty products and wine.
Whole Foods purchased their family's outlets. They worked for the Whole Foods national team before leaving to start Plum Market in 2006.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL - Field of Greens is planning to open a new location at 5320 Donald Ross Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, with a tentative launch date of April 15, President Dan Morris told Business Debut. The restaurant will be the brand’s eighth location and continues its expansion across Palm Beach County.
Founded in Palm Beach in 2003, Field of Greens operates as a quick service restaurant focused on fresh produce, wraps, salads, juices, and other health-driven menu items.

The Palm Beach Gardens restaurant will be one of the brand’s smaller footprints, with seating for approximately 12 to 13 guests inside along with patio seating. Morris said the concept is designed primarily for quick service, takeout, and delivery, especially with nearby residential communities and fitness centers.
“Field of Greens is what the restaurant world calls a quick serve restaurant concept,” Morris told Business Debut. “We focus on a lot of produce and healthy salads, sandwich wraps, acai bowls, and protein shakes. It’s simple ingredients that are good for you.”
The location will also feature updated interior elements that Morris refers to as a “FOG 2.0” design. Guests can expect modern décor, oak woodworking, updated lighting fixtures, and digital menu boards replacing traditional chalkboard menus.
The menu centers around fresh and health-focused offerings including salads, wraps, acai bowls, protein shakes, and house-pressed juices. Popular items include the Southwestern Chicken Wrap and Buffalo Chicken Wrap, while the restaurant’s top-selling item is the Chicken Caesar Wrap.
The beverage program also features juices pressed in-house and distributed from the company’s West Palm Beach facility. One of the most popular drinks is the Quencher, made with watermelon juice and mint.
Field of Greens is owned by Myron Miller, who acquired the brand roughly two years ago. Morris said the company’s leadership team also includes Chef Thomas Upholt, who oversees culinary development, and Tim Egan, who manages hiring and organizational development as the brand continues to grow.
The team is targeting an April 15 opening for the Alton Town Center location. The Palm Beach Gardens restaurant follows a recent opening in Boynton Beach and will soon be followed by another planned location in Avenir.
“Our goal is about 60 of them,” Morris told Business Debut, referring to the company’s long-term expansion plans for the concept.
