Learn how to work with the most common dental softwares such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and OpenDental. Distinguish between restorative, preventive, and major procedures and learn how to transcribe clinical notes into billing codes.

Patient Scheduling & Appointment Managment

Learn how to build a productive schedule using block scheduling, triage emergencies and manage cancellations. Work with real front desk scripts and active role plays to prepare you for customer interaction.

Dental Insurance Fundamentals

Learn how to differentiate PPO, HMO, Medicaid, and FFS plans and define deductible, maximum, co-pay, co-insurance, UCR, EOB as well as learn the differences between in-network and out-of-network insurance. Learn how to accurately chart patient’s insurance.

Treatment Coordination & Case Presentation Support

Learn how to present a treatment plan with confidence and empathy. Explain the difference between “need” and “want” in dentistry, and overcome common objections (cost, time, fear).
